Sketching, Painting, Writing poems (in Hindi), Photography are my hobbies.
I picked up drawing and painting skills from my Mom and have been at this since childhood. I have held two painting exhibitions, one of the series was paintings inspired by Jagjit Singh's ghazals. I will be holding my third one very soon on an interesting series...
I started writing poems in the year 1994 and till date have penned over 200 of them. I have inherited my writing skills from my grandfather who used to write bhajans.
When I feel that my ideas can go much longer than poem format, that's when I turn on to writing short film scripts of 2-5 mins... I have written eleven scripts already, one of them has an illustrated narrative.
Curiosity is my strongest asset and over the years, I have learnt to appreciate the finer things that surprise me, touch me, provoke me, make me laugh and make me think... and hence I do take all my hobbies seriously and give my time to them.
From past one year, I have been into digital photography and I'm enjoying it a lot... exploring & learning new things almost on a daily basis!
